Each piece is made with intention rather than rushed through factories — so we open orders, gather them, and the artisans hand-finish your Ophelia after you've ordered it. It keeps quality high, prices fair, and means we never sit on mountains of unsold inventory. Processing is 5–10 working days before dispatch.

Polyester lace with a breathable lining. It feels light against skin, doesn't itch, and won't shrink on a gentle hand-wash. Colour stays true when kept out of direct sun. No surprises after the first wear.

Ophelia is free-size by design — it's cut to drape loosely, not to hug. It sits beautifully on frames from roughly XS to XL (bust 32–42"), worn over a tank, a slip dress, or whatever you're already in. If you're between sizes anywhere else, you'll still be fine here. Message us if you'd like a sanity check before ordering.

Three easy ways: layered over a fitted tee and jeans for the everyday; over a slip dress for dinner; or on its own as a beach cover-up. The fringe catches light beautifully in photos — most of our customers tell us it looks even better in person than online.

Hand-wash in cold water with a mild detergent. Don't wring the lace — gently press the water out. Lay flat to dry, away from direct sun. No tumble dryer, no iron on the lace. Treated this way, Ophelia softens with each wear and lasts for years.

5–10 working days to hand-finish and pack, then we dispatch from our base between Singapore and Malaysia. SG and MY usually arrive within a week of dispatch. International is typically 7–14 days, depending on country. You'll get a tracking update via WhatsApp at every step — never wondering where your parcel is.

Message us within 3 days of delivery and we'll work it out with you personally. Because every piece is made to order, we handle each case ourselves rather than running it through a returns portal. We've never left someone unhappy and we don't plan to start.

Yes — anywhere with a postal service. International shipping is calculated live at checkout, so there are no surprise fees from us. Customs duties (if any) are set by your country's import rules and are the buyer's responsibility. We'll always declare honestly on the parcel.
